1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and i1cuci ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the i1cuci website, including all services, games, promotions and features provided on it.
By registering an account, making your first deposit, or using any part of the i1cuci platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. Players who are under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using this platform in any capacity.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To register and use i1cuci services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be subject to any legal prohibition or local regulation regarding online gambling.
- Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- Provide registration information that is accurate, complete and current.
i1cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card (MyKad), passport, or other relevant supporting documents.
3. Player Account
Each player is allowed only one active account at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing fund balances.
You are fully responsible for:
- The security and confidentiality of your login details including your username and password.
- All activity that takes place through your account, whether or not you were aware of it.
- Notifying i1cuci immediately if there is any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account.
i1cuci shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party, particularly if you failed to take reasonable security measures to protect your login details.
4. Deposits and Payments
The i1cuci platform accepts deposits via supported payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM30.
Deposit conditions that must be followed are as follows:
- All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
- i1cuci does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
- Deposited funds may not be transferred to another player.
- All transactions are subject to processing and verification by the relevant payment provider.
5. Withdrawals
Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time subject to the conditions set out. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100, and processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.
Before a withdrawal is processed, i1cuci reserves the right to:
- Request player identity verification through appropriate supporting documents.
- Confirm that all relevant bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Carry out the necessary security and compliance checks to prevent financial fraud.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the technical limits of the payment provider. In certain situations, an alternative withdrawal method may be required.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
i1cuci offers various promotions for players, including a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200 bringing your balance to RM300, with a wagering requirement of RM2,000 (i.e. RM200 × 10) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General conditions applicable to all i1cuci bonuses and promotions:
- Bonuses may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
- i1cuci reserves the right to withdraw or amend the conditions of any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Misuse or attempts to exploit promotions will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
- Bonuses may not be converted directly to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
The i1cuci VIP programme offers weekly cashback to active players based on their membership tier. Players can advance from Bronze to Platinum tier, with cashback benefits increasing as higher tiers are reached.
7. Game Rules
All games available on i1cuci are subject to the specific rules of each game as set by the relevant software provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
i1cuci is not responsible for game outcomes arising from technical failures on the part of the software provider. In the event of a technical disruption affecting a game result, i1cuci will endeavour to resolve the issue in accordance with the relevant provider's policy.
8. Player Conduct
Players are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times when using the i1cuci platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technical method to gain an advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate game results.
- Threatening, abusing or harassing staff or other players.
- Using offensive or inappropriate language in any communication with the platform.
- Attempting to access unauthorised sections of the platform or interfering with system security.
9. Account Closure
i1cuci reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, or at the absolute discretion of management. In the case of a legitimate account closure due to a technical failure on i1cuci's part, any existing fund balance will be returned to the player.
Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests or betting limit requests may also be submitted to our support team for responsible gambling purposes.
10. Amendments to Terms
i1cuci reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the i1cuci platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time to ensure they remain informed of the current conditions in force.
11. Limitation of Liability
i1cuci provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, i1cuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activity.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which i1cuci operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
In the event of a conflict between the Malay language version and a version in another language, the Malay language version shall take precedence for players domiciled in Malaysia.
